Dr. Clarisse Blanche Fall is originally from Cameroon, a wife, mother, and dedicated professional woman in the field of public health. Graduated from Mount Saint Vincent College with a Master Degree in Public Health in the area of policies and systems. She had volunteered and interned with NY City public schools, American Diabetic Association, The Brooklyn Borough President Office, and communities in New York.

She worked at the Brooklyn Perinatal Network on the maternal child health program for 5 years and then began to develop specific work plans for the formation of the African Hope Committee, Inc. Since the formation of the organization in 2004 and through Dr. Fall’s hard work, she has received several proclamations in New York Including, proclamations from Mayor Bloomberg, Brooklyn Borough President, Manhattan Borough President, Councilmember Robert Jackson, State Senator Bill Perkins, recognition awards from the Commissionaire of women’s health in 2004 and was a recipient of the Union Square Awards in 2005. In 2012 she was a recipient of the NYPD Award.

Not only is  Dr. Fall  The Executive Director and Founder of the African Hope Committee, but she is also a BIA ( Bureau of Immigration Appeal) Accredited Representative since 2010, where she counsels, advises, and oversees the process of immigration applications and represent clients at USCIS. In 2014, under Mrs. Fall’s direction, the organization became an ECOSOC accredited branch of the United Nations. The African Hope Committee Board is comprised of professionals from a myriad of backgrounds including health, education, and legal who have between them over fifteen years of experience in community outreach and service. As concerned New York City residents, the members of AHC have compiled information and referral service networks that facilitate positive behavior modification strategies in assisting the newly arrived immigrants in staying physically, emotionally, and socially healthy.

She created a network called” 1000 African Women Network” which is now one of the major projects of the Global Mission with the mission to bridge the gap between women, young girls, and youth and bring them together to speak and engage on the same platform. She is a Co-producer of Mr. Africa USA, working to empower African men and young boys to become leaders and to Dream Big.

In 2014, she was recruited by The Africa Global Consulting Group as a Corporate Executive Management to become a business consultant and to assist businesses and entrepreneurs. Dr. Fall is a Member of New York Immigration Coalition, African Associations, National Action Network, Manhattan Borough President Task Force, and National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and several African Associations in the US

She is an innovative and experienced public health educator and specialist with over 15 years of experience in domestics, national and international non-for-profit/ NGO focusing on the improvement of quality of lives of underserved and underprivileged, minorities, and poor communities with a focus on women, girls, youth and children.  She has Good Interpersonal Communication and had successfully hosted programs and forums on HIV/AIDS and brought over 3,000 community members, government officials, and service providers for 6 successive years.

Dr. Fall has developed Public and Private Partnerships to address African Issues in New York and at a National level, Has developed specific Project geared toward improving the lives of African immigrants -  Great skills in Strategic Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation, Community Mobilization, and Coalition Building are her strengths as well, Highly skilled in Formative Research; Bilingual /Fluent in French; Networking, Advocacy, and Negotiation, Immigration legal advises and application processing in assisting illegal immigrants are one of the skills she possessed since 2010

Dr. Clarisse Blanche Fall is the reception of the 2019 Top Ten African Awards (Powerful Partnership)  PINNACLE AWARD, awarded to an entity, individual, or high-level executive that has been created partnerships for gender equality and empowerment of women and girls for 20 years or more organized by
